Yes, three elevators. Two four stop elevators that serve floors one through
four located in the center of building. The third elevator is a two stop
elevator that provide access between the first floor and basement level

Yes, we have residents living there currently. All units are ready for occupancy.
10. What attractions are near Beaucatcher House?
The building is a few minutes drive to downtown Asheville, Mission Hospital, the VA Hospital and all the shops in and around the Asheville Mall. It is an easy drive to the Biltmore Estate, Asheville Country Club and the WNC Nature Center. The building is located very near to a bus line and is within walking distance to many restaurants.
11. Do you allow rentals?
Yes. A minimum of a three month lease and the HOA must get a copy of the lease. Also we have a cap of 19% of the units can be rentals.
12. Do you allow pets?
Yes, currently the condo documents say "one under 25lbs" but this will be changing to "up to two with a combined weight of 50lbs".
